If you are a fan of Big John McCarthy you wont want to miss this weekends fight between Roger Huerta and Clay Guida at The Ultimate Fighter 6 Finale.  This is the last time you could ever hear Big John announce to the fight world that 2 fighters are about to "Get it On!"  McCarthy will be retiring as long time UFC head referee to pursue other avenues in mixed martial arts.
