Fighter A +145
Fighter B - 180

What this means is that Fighter B is the favorite and Fighter A is the underdog.  This is called the money line.  An easy way to figure out how to bet this line is to first look at the underdog in Fighter A.  For every $1 that you bet on Fighter A, you will win $1.45.  So a $100 bet and win on Fighter A will win you $145.

On the other side, in order to win $100 by betting on Fighter B, the favorite, you will have to bet $180.  So for every $1.80 bet on Fighter A you will win $1.
